About Robert Schur
My work sits at the intersection of partnerships, markets and international environments — often where organisations are looking to move, not just plan.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across South Africa, London and Norway, building and scaling businesses, supporting market entry and cross-border growth.
Earlier in my career, I co-built and scaled a digital business supporting 200+ companies. Since then, I’ve worked across enterprise sales, consultancy and international expansion, including businesses that have scaled through to exit.
A large part of my work sits in understanding how people, markets and opportunities connect — and what can emerge when the right relationships are brought together at the right time.
I’m often involved in situations where organisations need to move from intent to execution — particularly across markets, partnerships and international environments.
